Participants who wish to present a paper must register and pay fees by 7 October, 2018.
Each research paper should have at least one main author who has to pay the full Publication Fees. Each author (co-author) should present one paper.
Early registration is open until 7 October 2018. For registrations after this date add 40 €.
Late registration is open until 2 November 2018.
Pay the total fee by bank transfer to the following account (ALPHA BANK, IBAN GR9301403100310002002020898, SWIFT CODE CRBAGRAAXXX) stating Research Committee University of Thessaly, project code 5657 and participant’s name. It is preferably fees to be paid in advance but late payments may be also done upon arrival at the conference registration desk, where official receipts will be issued.
Refund policy for registration fees
• Cancellation on or before October 26, 2018: €60 of prepayment will be refunded
• Cancellation between May 1 and September 7, 2018, €100 of prepayment will be refunded
• Cancellation after October 27, 2018: no refund
