All participants intending to present a paper must complete their registration and pay the applicable registration fee by Wednesday, 25 November 2026. |

Paper Registration and Presentation Requirements |
|
|
· Each accepted research paper must be covered by at least one author who has completed registration and paid the applicable full registration fee. |
|
|
· Each presenting author is expected to present their registered paper. |
|
|
· Co-authors who wish to attend the conference must register under the appropriate participation category. |
|
|
|
|
|
Payment Method |
|
|
Registration fees should be paid by bank transfer to the designated account of the Research Committee of the University of Thessaly. |
|
|
|
|
|

When making the payment, participants should indicate the following information in the bank transfer reference: |

· Participant's full name |

On-Site Payments |
|
|
· Advance payment is strongly encouraged. Where applicable, payments may also be made upon arrival at the conference registration desk. Official receipts will be issued for all payments. |

· In case you want to pay in cash, please make sure to have the exact amount of money. Moreover, POS payment through your bank card will be available. |

|

For multiple submissions (more than three papers) or if the registration fee may constitute a barrier to participation, please feel free to contact the ENVECON Organizing Committee to discuss possible arrangements.

Special Cases |
|
|
Conference registration fees are intended to cover the organisational and operational costs of the event. However, we recognise that financial circumstances may vary among participants.
Participants who wish to present their work in situ (in person) but face difficulties covering the registration fee are kindly encouraged to contact the Organising Committee to discuss possible arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Our priority is to foster an inclusive and welcoming academic environment, ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent interested researchers and scholars from participating in the conference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy |
|

All registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation, non-attendance, or withdrawal by a registered participant. |
