Summaries can be between 100-200 words written in Word.
Articles submitted in English must be accompanied by a Greek summary.
The title of the summary will be centered (not in capitals except for the first and any other word which is written in capitals), in Times New Roman 14, bold.
Font: Times New Roman, 12
After the title, the author's name(s) centered in bold will follow and the exact address of their institution (or the author's workspace) in Italic, as well as the e-mail address of the author(s).
Between the text and the author's name the following title will be placed in left alignment: ABSTRACT (for the English text).

The completed paper will be written according to the following instructions. Papers that do not fully comply with these guidelines will NOT be accepted.
Paper length: Up to 10 pages (single spacing)

Line spacing: Single spacing
Page Numbering: Pages should be numbered consecutively
Margins: 2.5 cm margin on all sides
Font: Times New Roman, 12
Images-charts: Inside the text
Shapes and Tables: The title (description) of the shapes and tables should be on the top and listed in the text.
Equations: The equations should be numbered consecutively and appear on the left of the page while their numbering is bracketed on the right of the page.
References in the text: The author's name and year should be in brackets, depending on whether:
- The author's name is not part of the text then: (Author, 2009)
- The author's name is part of the text then, Author (2009)
- If the authors are three ot more then, (First Author et al., 2009)

Duration of Presentations
The presentation time of each paper is 20 minutes and there will be 5 minutes per paper for questions at the end of all presentations. Session coordinators will be requested to observe the estimated 25 minutes per paper: 20 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes of questions per paper.

WRITTEN INVITATION FOR THE CONFERENCE ATTENANCE
Participants wishing to receive a written invitation to receive financial support from their Institutions or their Businesses for attendance at the Conference must contact the Organizing Committee for the invitation.
CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
All participants will be given a certificate of attendance at the conference and certificates of presentation of work for submission to the Institutions in which they work.
